Are we entitled to reimbursment of our storage use if we recieved BAH ?

I am a deployed soldier who is trying to find out if me and my wife are entitled to get reimbursed for having to use a storage facility even though we were paid BAH. I had heard a rumor of such things and was wondering if it was true or not. Thank you
