Why is TNA going down the ExACT same road as WCW?

Fair enough there trying to challenge WWE, I hope they do because WWE needs a challenge to get back to its best. But TNA is doing almost the exact same storylines and signing wrestlers who are soooooo far past their prime e.g Scott Hall,The Nasty Boys,Ric Flair wrestles from time to time. They need to be more original don't they?
