Am I having some kind of serious unforeseen disease?

Hi, I am having pain under tongue (only left side) and also pain on the left side of the head, particularly near the ear. I have difficulties chewing food - It's painful when my tongue moves. I cannot focus well. This is the second time I am having this problem. Is this a serious problem?
