Which Pokemon Generation was your favorite?

Silver and Crystal were my favorite Pokemon games ever, with 3rd gen in colse second. But over all nothings beats saying "back in my day we only had 150 pokemon :) " and IMO 5th gen was a horrible excuse for pokemon, the sprite looked horrible, and the names were unoriginal.
