Air National Guard - a little help please?
idk about air guard but the ARNG sometimes pays you travel vouchers when reporting to your duty station. And since national guard is state based as well as federal you will most likely have to do your **** in state. I.e im assigned to the 1-109 infantry out of pennsylvania and i do all my training at Ft Indiantown Gap which is in anneville pa. You dont live on post anyways with the national guard. You only do 3 days a month and 2 weeks in the summer. Unless your training for deployment then you could have a few ATs in the time before you go. Remember though this is Army not AF. So it could be different *Go Army*
