Can I refile my taxes for this?

I get tutition reimburesement from my employer. I have to stay at my job 1 year after graduating or else I'll have to pay back the tuition money that I was reimbursed. I'm thinking of taking a really good job soon. I've already been reimbursed for the spring semester and won't change jobs before summer so I would have around $9k to pay back to the company. If some of the money was from last years school year and I had to pay it back could I refile last year's taxes? The reimbursement was non taxable and therefore I didn't write off my tuition expenses. I'm thinking I could refile after paying back the money to the company.
