Can PCS orders get me out of my apartment lease even if I have roommates?

I am renting an appartement and have two other roommates. I just got PCS orders to Japan, and i'm wondering if I can get out of my portion of the lease, or if that would just force my roommates to make up the difference for our total rent amount. If I can't get out of the lease without forcing my roommates to foot the bill, are there any entitlements I can claim in order to get reimbursed?
