Do you think that if 27 year old daughter goes home to wash loads of clothes, she should reimburse detergant?

If she washes at least three loads of clothes and uses a significant amount of it, do you think she should either bring her own or reimburse for it? I get that she's family, but I would think that's kind of rude and freeloader ish behavior.
