Question about financial aid.?

I received grants and loans for the spring term and I had an unforeseen surgery that had caused me to miss quite a few classes. I received my student loan refund and before the surgery I spent most of it on my room and board and professional certifications for my major. My question is if I withdrawl from classes and drop below 6 credits will I have to pay back the grants and loans right away or are they rolled into my total loan amount to be paid back when I finish school?
