Can a prescription be written for an over-the-counter medication?

I'm taking an over-the-counter prenatal vitamin. Will the practitioner write a prescription for it so that I can have it reimbursed from my flexible spending account (even though it is over-the-counter)? I think this is done with Tylenol, correct?
