Does the Army reimburse transportation cost?

My husband will be back from his deployment soon and im just trying to figure things out. I moved back home with my family and will be getting a rental truck to move our things into our new place soon and I was just wondering if the Army will reimburse us for mileage and the cost of the rental truck? We're stationed in KS and im driving from KY. Thanks :)
