Has anyone had dental work done in Poland/Hungary?

I need some expensive implants which the NHS wont pay for. I've heard that Poland and Hungary are a lot cheaper but I'm concerned about the quality and of unforeseen pitfalls. Has anyone had experience of dental work in either country? Also any links to dentists in those countries would be useful. Thanks.
