Have you ever dealt with the dreaded stuffing the envelope company? What a rip off!!?

My son wanted to do this, we were very skeptical but went ahead and ordered the envelopes and postage for 90 letters. Well, haven't heard back since. I was even shorted on the materials and wrote them and they were so kind to send them to me, yea right! So I just wrote them for the third time and laid it out telling them they need to give me a refund on the fee and the postage or I will go through my bank and press charges of fraud. So, they wrote back asap and said if I had the receipt of the stamps then they would reimburse me the money minus the shipping and handling fees. I was like no, I don't think so. I want all my money back, your company is the one dealing illegal not me so I better have a reimbursement asap. Does anyone know of any legit computer jobs that you can do that are worth checking out?? Maybe Google or etc..
