How do I complete my fafsa?

I'm 19 years old and for the second time, am trying to file FAFSA for college. I tried to go to college right out of high school but my parents refused to do their taxes because they owe a lot of money to the IRS. I called the undergrad admin at the college I was trying to go to but they told me I was out of my luck. Now, I am moved out due to unforeseen circumstances regarding my parents unstable marriage... but the FAFSA application still wants my parents' tax information. Is there a way to get around it? I really want to go to college and I don't want my parents' poor decisions to be the cause of me working in retail for the rest of my life.
