To Those Happily Married: Will You Answer One Question?

My husband and I met when we were 13. There was just something about him that really intrigued me. We were really close friends, but we never dated, although we had feelings for one another. We stopped talking for a few years, and then one day he emailed me. We met up, and have been together ever since. We have been together for over 5 years, but have been married for a little over 3 years now. I always knew he was right for me, and sometime in our lives we would be together, but it was a matter of when. There were several times in the beginning of our marriage (mainly the first year) that I questioned if we rushed into things, and if us being together and committed in a marriage was too soon and not at the right point in our life. Now that we have been married for three years and made it through all the non-sense fights, Ive realized that hes absolutely the right person for me no matter what. Ive learned to love him for who he is, including his faults. No one is perfect, and you have to come to terms with that. They arent perfect and neither are you. Its about giving and taking. And most importantly, be happy!
