What does unforeseen mean in this situation?

Don't get scared and think that they have bad news..They probably have rescheduled many of the patients because something has disrupted their schedule..I bet they mailed out several letters not just to you..If it really upsets you why don't you call and ask them why they moved you up a week?..I know they would rather explain it to you than to have you upset over this..
