Is Vince doing this storyline to get CM Punk to stay?

After this week's Raw Punk is now the hottest thing in wrestling. Vince would not allow him to do that if he expected him to walk. I think secretly they already had an understanding before that promo. That was Punk's breakout moment, Vince was investing in the future, not just for a PPV sale early in the summer.
